Well my DYBO darlings, we have made it – another year under the cosh of the Covid virus with all the peaks and troughs of emotions that it brings and I’m proud of us. Together we have kept each other going, picking each other up in turn as we needed it. Our DYBO community represents (and walks the walk) of true holistic wellness, health, love and support. If anyone is missing from class, either in the Studio or on the Zoom screen, class members enquire after their wellbeing and offers of help are always forthcoming. You are all truly wonderful, I think we as community are unique and yes, I love ya!
Even from my holiday, many miles from home, I can see the news and witness the scaremongering and myopic view presented by the press, maybe being able to unplug from it and view from a greater distance has heightened my sensitivity to the eagerness of the press to create catchy headlines because, when all is said and done, really the headline should read…
We are having a wonderful holiday and I’m really taking time to practice what I preach with rest, daily exercise, reading, exploring, snoozing, eating my veggies, drinking lots of water plus, whilst on holiday, all things in moderation including moderation!!!
If I won the lottery I would bring you all out here with me, to see you enjoy this experience too would be the only thing that could make it better (well that, and having my little dogs Mini, Miki and Piccalilli with me – as you can imagine I have adopted a few beach dogs whilst I’ve been here)
We shall be homeward bound very soon, and so I am reminding you that we have live classes on Thursday 23rd, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th December all at 6.30pm-7.15pm – the aim being to keep you mentally and physically healthy and happy over the festive period. Please do join me.

Face to Face, Class and Training Safety
I am in regular and direct contact with the Governing Body for Group Exercise (EMD UK) and there are no changes in guidelines in the pipeline. Indeed the Covid safety protocols I have in place are way above and beyond those required by our sector, so I’m confident that we can continue as we have been.
Personally, I will do a lateral flow test every morning before I train and teach and would appreciate you doing one when you plan to come to class/training just as a belt and braces measure but I’m certainly NOT making it mandatory.

Class Fee increase 2022
The last class increase was 50p back in 2013, so it’s well overdue.
Over many years of teaching, I have invested greatly in venues, trainings, qualifications, equipment and so on. The pandemic has resulted in even greater investment, leaving me out of pocket. I truly hope you regard our classes as excellent quality and know that it’s my passion to support you with your health fitness and wellness. It is also my profession and source of income, so the time has come to increase classes fees by just £1 per class (let me know if this causes you genuine financial hardship, we will see what we can do).
Pricing as follows including T&C’s
£7.50 per class (book in advance)
£65 for 10 class voucher -to be redeemed within 12 weeks of purchase (book in advance)
The Monthly Class membership will remain at just £50 and includes access to all classes for the month, £5 discount for all one to one services and complimentary access to DYBO TV and ‘on demand’ class recordings.
Membership runs from the first to the last day of the calendar month and payment must be received on the first day of the month in order to be valid. All classes must be booked in advance.
The only changes to the membership terms are that one full month’s notice must be given if intending to cancel membership. One membership restart will be accepted per year.
As we begin a new year, traditionally a time of more people returning to classes plus we are continue to live in the shadow of a pandemic and so social distancing requires me to limit class numbers, plus sufficient time to sanitise between classes, it is necessary to ensure that you book and pay ahead for your classes. Please do so as far in advance as you can to ensure your space. Last minute ‘no-shows’ must be paid for to be fair to all. Members please also book in advance.
No cash/cheques will be taken at this time – only online payment.
