Hi ya, I hope you have had a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend – wasn’t it great to have good weather for the last one of the year, I hope you made the most of it!
Firstly, remember that there are no live classes this or next week!
Members have access to DYBO TV with 100’s of On Demand class recordings to keep you fit and fabulous until my return to teaching on 13/8/22.
If you are taking a little holiday too, I hope you have a lovely time.

This coming week I am working in both our DYBO gym, with one to one clients, and in the office working on the DYBO business side of things such as promotions, schedule, class content etc.
I’m also finishing ad polishing my Independance presentations so that when I take next week off, I can completely relax!
I’m off to a good start and have already got all class prep and most of the Independance choreography done -woo hoo!
Pretty please…
I’m hoping that you can help me spread the word about DYBO classes and services, by telling your pals and anyone who you think would enjoy and benefit from being part of out DYBO community. I really need some up to date testimonials please – if you can spare a few minutes, just a few lines as to why you love our classes / one to one services, how you benefit and why others would do too.
You can also help by liking, commenting and sharing our social media posts as this will help with the algorithms and bring attention to our little business!
Everyone’s costs are going up, so we need to pull in new and lapsed participants and consistent attendance from our DYBO darlings in order to keep running, and prices the same! Please help where you can.
Here is an example from one of our class members,

Remember, Classes resume on Tuesday 13/9/22!

Plums!!!!
For the first time EVER, I have managed to grow some plums – I’m thrilled!
This recipe is gut friendly so I can’t wait to try it!
Honey-orange poached plums (found on BBC Good Food)

- 750g firm plums (mixed varieties if you can get them)
- 140g clear honey
- 4 tbsp orange blossom water
- 300ml orange juice
- Biscuits and Greek yogurt (or frozen yogurt), to serve
Method
STEP 1
Put the plums in a pan with just enough water to cover them, pour over the honey, orange blossom water and juice. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 mins until the plums are tender through to the stone, but not mushy.
STEP 2
Using a slotted spoon, lift out the plums to a serving dish. Bring the liquid back to the boil and simmer to a thin syrup. Pour over the plums and leave to cool.
STEP 3
Serve with crunchy biscuits (I think a honey biscuit or short bread would be perfect) and a scoop of Greek or frozen yogurt.
Well that’s me almost done for the Summer.
Good luck to all you Mums getting your darlings back in uniform and at school, and good luck to all the Teachers who will be welcoming them back!
See you on the other side.
Love ya,
Helen xx
