Whoop whoop, it’s good to be back.
Now let’s address the elephant in the room, YOU don’t need to be the new YOU. I like the YOU that YOU are and I hope that YOU like YOU too!
Remember you are fabulous!

I love a new clean sheet and for me – being a visual person – it’s a metaphor that represents a New Year and fresh start and so a new decade is a new workbook, pens, pencils and pencil case and is very exciting!
You might already know that my mission statement is
‘Assisting people reach for their potential irrespective of gender, age, fitness and current ability’
So no matter what it is that you want to achieve, how you want to live and be, I’m here to assist you get there (not do for you). I’m not going to bang on about failure rates of goal setting at New Year, that’s been done to death, what I am going to say is that there are many, many people who go on to create their ‘best lives’ and achieve the objectives and goals that they have set themselves and those they never dreamed were possible too, so it’s very, very possible for all of us to achieve ours!
Let’s be clear about what we want (really want) – is there a strong reason to do what it takes to achieve your desires and, at least, one that out weighs the reasons not to? Do you have a strong, relevant and defined strategy? Are you sure? Do you need help with that? Are you prepared to do what it takes? Do you have the necessary resources and support to do what it takes? And how will you feel when you get what you want? Do you know what it will look, sound, feel even taste like? Do you understand what achieving that goal will be like and is it truly what you want? Smart goal setting and devising and relevant ‘doable’ strategy is key.
I told you before Christmas that I want to get some balance back in my life as follows:
- Better sleep, looking at my sleep hygiene and improving it
- Reduce work hours including time on the computer or mobile
- Spend more time on my own fitness and health and definitely more dancing, weight training, stretch, dog walking and self care (massage, facials etc.)
- Reboot Gut Health (I start our Gut Purify system the 8th along with clients, Declan and Steve)
- Get back to daily meditation, look at some apps to help
I too want to be the best ME I can be.
All Classes are Back…
…with new music and routines in all classes! Yes I have been a busy bee, I hope you will love them.

Newbies and Returners
Traditionally January brings new class participants and those retuning after a while away.
Let’s welcome them with open arms, be supportive, welcoming and understanding.
I will do my best to look after you all – some patience and good humour on all sides is necessary to help everyone get the most they can from our classes and for everyone to feel happy and supported.
If you are returning after a break please don’t be nervous, take your time. I have no expectations of you and will never judge, we are simply happy to welcome you back. I don’t care what you wear, how fit or unfit you are or what clothes size you are. So put all those worries aside and just get to class and let us help you be your best fabulous you.
