Please respond today, plus an early bird deal and exclusive offer
Please help me plan Christmas schedule, if you haven’t already contacted me can you kindly let me know which of your regular classes you will/won’t be able to attend so that I can schedule accordingly, with the focus being the week of classes commencing 16 December specifically.
I also propose that, if there is sufficient interest (I have had 8 requests so far and need a firm 10 plus to make it happen), we do our traditional ‘Christmas Cracker Workout’ on the Monday before Christmas i.e. the 23 December 7-8pm – it’s a cross training and mixed level class that is suitable for all, with a variety of content that suits my dance fitness, core conditioning and HIIT work out fans. Let me know asap please.
The time is now
Something I often hear when chatting to people (not just DYBO family) is as follows
“I will get back to classes/training – after Christmas/the Summer/my Holiday/when I’m a bit fitter (explain that one?) when I’ve lost a bit of weight” etc.
“I will sort out my nutrition/diet after Christmas, my/someone’s Birthday/Wedding/Valentines/Easter/Summer Holiday/Halloween/Bonfire Night/when I get back to class/gym! Christmas”!
Every workout and every nutritious meal is an important step towards great health and fitness and every missed workout and meal lacking good nutrition is a step towards poor fitness and heath.
They key is get to started and be consistent, not perfect!
“If you don’t have time to live a healthy lifestyle you had better have time be sick”
We have 4 weeks before Christmas; make time for your health and fitness, both mental and physical, eat nutritious food and keep exercising, in between those celebration meals and social events.
“There is no such thing as junk food there is either junk or food”
Remember food either feeds the microbiome or damages it; nutrition is more than calories for energy, it provides the building blocks to repair and rebuild or pollutes and breaks down. If we maintain a gut friendly diet, 90% of the time our body can deal with the 10% that isn’t (eg Christmas etc).
Maintain a good sleep routine, take time to relax/meditate get away from stressors and find some balance.
Stressing about Christmas is not worth your mental or physical health or an excuse to neglect it.

The health of our microbiome is key to preventing major disease, the ageing of cells, weight management and minimising inflammation throughout our body. I’m planning a new year Gut Cleanse group commencing 8 January 2020.
If you are interested in joining the group, having a loved one or friend be involved then email me on Helen@dybo.co.uk.
