We made it to half term, despite lurgies, rubbish weather and the B word!

I was going to entitle this blog ‘No Half Measures’ as, despite it being half term, it’s all systems go 100% here at DYBO HQ with our classes and One to One services, but I will settle for ‘Phew, we made it’ after having been struck down by the lurgies myself. I’m still not 100% but sooooo much better than last week.

I have been busy with fresh new choreography for all our classes, which always lifts my spirits, plus the choreography for my ‘Fabulicious’ class that I will be presenting at our ‘Independance’ Day on the 3  March.

Eeeek… it’s less than two weeks away, I’m so excited!

Independence days are joyous, fun, inspiring and 100% uplifting!

My co-presenter for this event is Zoe McNulty – a loud voice and ambassador for the body positive community. Her sessions are designed to boost confidence, self esteem and self-empowerment plus they are fun and she is hilarious – everyone feels fantastic during and following her classes.

Book now and tell everyone you know to come along!

Gut Health

If you would like to attend a free Gut Health talk I’m looking at dates now so let me know if you are interested in attending.

Sweet Treat!

Sometimes a carrot stick doesn’t hit the spot and is no good for dunking in your tea!

So I have an alternative…

Dates are power packed dried fruit (so relatively high in sugar) but they are rich in vitamins, minerals, disease fighting anti oxidants, and gut healthy blood sugar balancing fibre!

Here is our recipe

Ingredients…Organic Dates, dark organic high cocoa content chocolate, 70% or more (the dates provide the sweetness).

Utensils….grease proof paper, spoon, bain marie or equivalent, storage container

Method….melt the chocolate in a bain marie, dunk half the date in the melted chocholate, place on greaseproof paper to cool (freeze for 5 mins if you can). Store in tupperware in the fridge.

Eat sparingly – one is enough!

Here’s some we made earlier…

Have a fab half term, see you at classes/training

And remember, your presence counts!

Love ya,

Helen x
