Thoughts can come to me at very odd times (I’m sure I’m not alone) and whilst on a training day recently I found myself really hungry and I wondered why at that exact moment I felt soooo really very hungry. If you take a moment and ask yourself a direct question about your physical or emotional state, your unconscious will tell you. So I did just that and the response I got back was that I felt under nourished. Now there are many ways we can feel under nourished – obviously insufficient food, or enough food but not the most nutritious, or apparently the most nutritious but not suitable for you, or the time/activity. Much of our land is over-farmed and so the nutritional density of some of our food is less than in previous years. We can experience lack of nourishment in our personal lives, (relationships, family, friends) our professional lives or self-development and relationship with ourselves. I discovered that the training was simply not nourishing me and so I sought out a way that I could get more from it.
Before you reach for the biscuits, chocolate or another glass of wine etc., ask yourself what it is you really want, and in what true way you need to fill up!
I have so much to share with you this week so I won’t ‘dilly dally’, read on for special class deals, class time table change and change of date, amazing news of class members in action and another fab Greek recipe!

Big UP to Lil’ Sis!
Can you believe that my little sister Melanie actually tackled and defeated cycling up Mont Ventoux, the famous climb in the Tour de France (hubby Ian escorted her most of the way, well done Ian). Seriously that is so hard – Well Done Mel.
Fabulous Ms Daisy!
Our beautiful Daisy is performing at Sadlers Wells this coming Sunday and Monday in Yorke Dance Projects ‘Rewind Forward’ featuring Kenneth Macmillan’s choreography. Several of us are going to watch so let me know if you would like to join us.
Helen’s Greek Cheese recipie
I absolutely love this, is a great starter or main course with Salad.
1 block of Saganaki cheese
Either wrap in one sheet of Filo pasty or slice and make small individual filo pastry and cheese parcels.
Melt coconut oil in a frying pan and place cheese in a medium temperature pan until the cheese is softened and the pastry is brown then pour honey over the parcel and turn it over to completely cover it.
Serve with Salad or garnish
Yummy!
Have a fantastic week and remember to spread the word about our classes and ‘Independance’ events…
Love ya,
Helen x
