You might – like me – feel a bit cheated by the British weather, but hopefully we have some lovely days still to come – maybe even an Indian summer, fingers crossed!

I wanted to pass on September information before our Monday Coffee Break Catch Up but don’t worry, I’m keeping it brief!

Squat’ember

To get you back in the swing after the summer hols and ready for autumn, I have set you a challenge of 50 Squats every day of September! (squats in class count or you can do extra!).

You will benefit from increased muscle strength, endurance and tone of the booty and thighs, improved knee, hip and ankle mobility, improved circulation, and metabolism plus a lift in mood and mental clarity!

What a fab opportunity.

Why not get family or work colleagues up off their bums and squatting with you too – and share the booty and thigh love around a bit (maybe even get sponsored!)

Print off the poster and put a tick next to each day to track your progress and of course if you miss a day you will have to catch up to achieve your total goal of

1,500 squats!

You can do any type, i.e. parallel, monkey, one leg, wide plié, curtsey squat, squat springs etc. Mix it up to make it extra effective and interesting.

Think about how fab you will feel by the end of September!

And whilst I’m here, this is the timetable for September, please note the return of Wednesday night classes is from the 20th September.

Friday nights are suspended for a while, but I plan some pop up classes.

As it’s the first of the month I want to remind you that our membership system is the most cost effective way to join our classes if you attend more than once a week, plus you will enjoy complimentary access to DYBO TV so you can log in and take a class wherever and whenever you want to! And you get a discount on all one to one services!

That’s it – short and sweet and yes I still love ya!
