So we are back to school and our regular routine, some of us with tans (and maybe little extra’ ice cream’ weight around the middle) but all of us are hopefully feeling a little better for a bit of R&R. Ok so August was officially a wash out, I’m not ‘gonna’ lie, but hopefully September will provide us with that Indian summer we are often promised.

As of today all DYBO classes are back up and running with new choreography, music and content plus our new Friday night ‘Freestyle Fitness Yoga’ running every Friday throughout September and October. I can’t wait to share all my new routines and sequences with you.

Read on for news and recipes…

FFY is a blend of ancient Yoga inspired postures with modern fitness methods.

It’s a fitness program that incorporates stretch, strength and yoga like postures. There is no dogma, chanting or use of Sanskrit terms.

The focus is on strength, stability, suppleness and mindfull breathing.

Most Importantly, you will feel fantastic afterwards!
