After last week’s Party focused class schedule (with lots of choreography, decorations, food etc. to prepare, transport and delivery plus clear away after) I finally got on with preparing for my other familie’s Christmas! I know some of you have been planning and preparing for weeks and might have it all ready wrapped and ordered by now. My apparent tardiness might cause you to stress but for me it’s quite the reverse. I’m not stressed about it and think that, for me, a week is plenty of time; actually I definitely have a limit I terms of time and energy for Christmas festivities. I have a belief that it’s supposed to be a peaceful, happy and joyous time and it’s just a few pressies, a lovely big dinner and a chance to catch up with loved ones and reflect upon being thankful and I’m certainly not ruining Christmas by stressing about Christmas.

Last weeks classes were absolutely fabulous (see further down the page for the ‘80’s Dance Movies Party Class and the ‘DYBO Divas Christmas Spectacular’) and I have more fun to share with you this coming week. I have some big thank you’s for folks who always give thier invaluable assistance, so thanks always to Declan for every bit of help loading, unloading setting up and packing away, Steve for his music and video editing support, Jo for constant help with packing away, costumes and scene setters, Angie for always helping to clear away, Sarah for party planning and admin throughout the year.

DYBO Christmas ‘Dins Dins’ was fantastic again and everyone was really in the party spirit and had a fab time – we missed those of you who couldn’t make it, put it in your diary for next year, it’s a great evening with fab food and company.

Tonight (Monday) we have three fun classes planned, feel free to wear your tinsel and Christmas T-shirts.

Tomorrow we have the final class of 2016 for you. Our traditional ‘Christmas Cracker Workout’ is truly a class for all so if you like a bit of dance we have that for you and if you are more of an exercise only type person we have that too, yes it can all be done in one class, I promise.

Steve is planning the playlist and will be Dj’ing live for us! It’s going to be fabulous, fun and of course effective, so rinse out the tinsel and festive T’s and wear them again. No extra charge btw!

See below for details of New Year Classes, some exercises and routines you can do whilst there are no DYBO classes running – designed to keep you moving, happy, healthy and to burn the excess Christmas calories! Plus a request from me for help (pretty please)!
