All Hallows Closed!
Firstly I have been told by All Hallows that the school will be closed on Thursday 2nd October to all bookings. I have requested that we come in on Wednesday the 1st for our Contemporary Stretch and DYBO classes. Can you let me know if this is what you guys would like please ASAP as I will have to confirm with All Hallows and I will have to rearrange my schedule too, thanks .

Mini Invites You
Isn’t it great that we still have the sunshine and it looks like it will be like this for a few more weeks which is great for our Charity Dog Walk this coming Sunday (note the change of start point).
Mini and I invite you to join us for an hours’ Dog Walk around Velmead Common, Sunday 28th September at 10am, meeting at the Foresters Pub in the car park and meeting back there for tea and cake/biscuits in the Pub Garden (I’ve arranged this with the landlord). We are doing this to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind and The Manchester Dogs Home that burned down a couple of weeks ago. You can join us with or without a dog (we can share the lead duties and puppy love!) A donation is welcome or you can get sponsored (minimum £10 please). Let me know asap if you are coming and the size of your dog, All participating Pooches get a Doggie Pack and a charity cape (Super Dogs!). We have chosen an easy walk so it’s great for kids too and we will mark the route so you don’t get lost if you become detached from our group. I request on this occasion that dogs are walked on the lead and poop is picked up (there are poo bins on site). Friends, dogs, fresh air and cake – what’s not to like?!

Teachers
Message for teachers….excitement is building for my first choreography workshop under the DYBO Academy banner and I’m getting lots of supportive feedback and the bookings are steadily building. Discounted bookings close next week, so get your booking in asap.

My Mission
I’ve enjoying lovely feedback following the articles I wrote for Rachel Holmes newsletter, Choreography To Go – it seems to have struck a chord with many, and I’m supported in my Mission to help teachers create and choreograph their own unique classes and make them successful!

BOS
I loved having Karen, Caroline, Julie and Amanda join me at last Saturday’s Event “The Big One South” – so lovely to share with my fitness family and, gosh my head is swelling (widen the doors!), the feedback on the day and on Facebook afterwards has been overwhelmingly good.

Free Food
Whilst out with the dogs I’ve noticed a few Blackberries left on the bushes, go out pick (and wash them), serve them with breakfast, dessert or just a snack. Free vitamin-dense food!
As the weather starts to cool I know it can be easy to forget to drink enough water. if you are struggling, try adding a dash of lime or lemon to hot water and add honey for immune boosting, throat soothing benefits or if you need the sweetness. We often overeat when we are dehydrated and wouldn’t it be great to start next year without feeling you need to slim down – keeping fit and lean all year round is the key to good health, wellness and appearance. Remember, always be ready so that you don’t have to get ready!

Well that’s it for this week, remember to keep in touch with your feedback and questions, I do this for you!

Have a fab week

Love ya

Helen
