Good morning and what a beautiful one it is too! Karen and I travelled to a gorgeous Dance Studio near Bath (Susan Hill School of Dance) to deliver our ‘Choreography Equation’ training day to a group of lovely Exercise to Music teachers. The type of teacher (age, type of training, background and experience) was diverse, which is both a challenge and a gift to me as a teacher trainer. The feedback on the day (and subsequently) has been wonderful and inspires us to continue with our mission to assist independent, original and creative teachers be successful with their classes and businesses. We weren’t the only busy one’s this weekend! Read on for baby news, equipment and clothing for sale, sporting news and some spring cleansing tips…….

A new little DYBO baby

Congratulations to Linsay and ‘Pies’ for the (long awaited!) arrival of Rosie Isla Coleman! Our newest DYBO baby arrived at 4.20am on Sunday 10th May. All fingers and toes are accounted for and her extra time in mummy’s tummy resulted in a first weigh-in at an eye watering 10lb 1oz! Despite all of that, Linsay is doing well (not sure about Pies tho’?)

Big Up Steve’s Riders!

Yet another fantastic result this Sunday for Steve’s ONE Pro Cycling team at the Wilton Grand Prix in Wiltshire. Team Captain Yanto Barker took a close second place to the former World Track Gold medallist, Andy Tennant (of Team Wiggins) and the team took the Team prize with 3 riders in the top 10. This means ONE Pro Cycling enter ITV4’s Tour Series (starts Thursday on the Isle of Wight) ranked number one team in the UK – an amazing achievement considering the team only started racing in February this year!

Spring Clear Out!

Spring is a great time to clear out the cobwebs and refresh our home and body. My tip is to drink plenty of water – in fact make your first drink of the day a warm water and lemon. Then through out the day try drinking water infused with mint leaves (great for digestion) or cucumber and/or lime. A glass of coconut water is fantastic for mineral balance, metabolism, gut health and immunity then finish the day with hot water over mint leaves and have a great night’s sleep!

Have a fab week – see you are class/training!

Love ya,
