As a mummy of fur babies this is not my favourite time of the year because Mini and Miki are utterly petrified of fireworks. I’m doing my best to try and help them through what is a frightening and stressful time for them and that is all I can do.
(I sign a petition every year requesting a limit to the volume of the fireworks, when and who can let them off, to no avail yet)
Anyway I plan on giving you lots of fizz and sparkle this week with new music and routines at classes and, as always, fresh perspectives and ideas in my one to one services too.
Last week was a very quiet week at classes (quietist ever) and I hope everyone will be back to join me this week. Please do remember to tell all your friends and family about our classes and services and ‘big us up’ on social media too!
You know that what we offer is very different from other dance, health and fitness providers as we deliver unique, original and client centred classes and training including PT, NLP, massage, gut health and coaching. Everything is created by me and the DYBO crew specifically for our DYBO clients, not the pre-packaged ‘one size fits all’ products and services being offered elsewhere!
