It’s true, so many of us aren’t ready to welcome the ‘new year, new me’ in January because we are reeling after the busy-ness and sometimes the excesses of the festive season. Twelfth night is in January isn’t it and it’s not uncommon for the food and drink goodies to still be hanging around just like the decorations. February is a far more realistic time to get your head around creating new behaviours and developing successful strategies. So if you ditched (or didn’t even start) the ‘improved you’ campaign why not get cracking on it now, Summer is around the corner and this year you can embrace the change in seasons with enthusiasm rather than dread and of course you know that I’m a firm believer in fitness and fabulousness for life, not just weddings, holidays and parties!

I’m here if you want help with creating your cunning plan and effective strategy for success!

Some of you have popped notes in to our ‘Bin For Negative Stuff From 2015’ and our ‘Box For Dreams, Wishes and Goals in 2016’,

Privately message me if you want a little mentoring regarding these issues and to let me know how you are getting on with strategies and behaviours to keep the rubbish in the bin and the moving positively towards your goals!

New Routines

We have new routines for Mondays ‘Boogie Fit’, Tuesdays ‘Dance Fit Hi Lo’ and we will start a new one (as well has finish the old one) in Thursday’s ‘Dancespiration’ class.

Still Reeling!

from our ‘Independance Day’ event this past Sunday which was a fantastic success, with wonderful feedback and lots of requests for the next one. Don’t worry we will let you know as soon as we have got the details sorted! Take a look at one of the four routines instructed on the day. Jo Ali-Parry presented, as always, two wonderful classes and I’m so grateful to her for coming such a long way to share her special kind of magic! The day is a celebration of creativity, originality and is massive fun.

Ski Fit

There are just two more Ski Fit classes left of this course and we are enjoying the benefits of this non impact cardio and conditioning class, especially with the inner thighs and buttocks. I’m frequently told how the class helps people get the most out of their skiing holidays and fitness in general (even if you aren’t going skiing). Come and join us Fridays 6.15-7.15pm

Big Balls!

Our next Friday course will be ‘Big Balls and What To Do With Them’ commencing on Friday 26th February
