Hi ya,
A quick message to say thank you for my birthday messages, I had a lovely day and I will continue celebrating with my DYBO family tonight at Contemporary Stretch (remember that it’s Trigger Point/MFR night) and in Dance class, please come and join me! (PS there is birthday cake on offer, does that sweeten the deal? Ha ha)
I also want you to know about two deals I have running from… NOW!
Firstly, a membership discount for December and January – you’ve got to be quick as it starts on the 1st December (Friday)!
Remember, Membership is the most cost effective way of joining us at class and has several perks too!

The other offer is a Three Class Pass for newbies to try our classes, which is valid from the 1st December to the end of January – you might want to gift it or simply spread the word by sharing it on your social media and contacts.

Drop me a message if you have any questions.
I’m also selling Gift Vouchers – perfect for giving or receiving a gift of Classes, or One to One training, Life Coaching, Gut Health Consultation, Sports Injury Massage and Exercise Prescription.
Finally, I have an exciting Festive December Challenge for you to complete aiming to keep you fit and fabulous, help you to manage those stress levels and burn a few of those extra calories too. The Challenge will also help to keep you fighting fit – ready for a Happy and Healthy New Year!
The Challenge
Everyday you must do a minute of pushing movements such a band/weights chest press, push ups (they don’t have to be full length, you can do them against the wall, on a step, or chair or on your knees), you can go for some advanced options by elevating the feet too!
1) A minute of pulling movements such as a latt pull down, seated row, bent over row or upright row, you can do one arm rows, you could even have a go at chin ups!!!
2) A minute of lunging movements either going forwards, sideways, backwards, or curtsey lunges, you can do 30 seconds each side in a split lunge or repeater lunges, you can use a step etc. you can do one leg squats – keep it interesting and challenging.
3) A minute of Planking movements – you can rest on forearms or hands, do them sideways, reverse, hover, do it with elbows on a step or chair, move legs and arms and you can accumulate a minute rather than do it in one go!
Of course, when you do those movements in class they will count for the day and you can tick them off as a good job well done!

That’s it, short and sweet!
See you in a bit.
Love ya,
Helen x
