
I know you are up to your elbows in life and Christmas stuff so I will keep this message brief but juicy!
I’ve been a busy bee with class/one to one preparation and am ready to help keep you all fighting fit in the lead up to Christmas, and to ensure you feel fabulous, confident and healthy for the party season and the festivities.
Keeping up your fitness, healthy eating and having fun is essential for your mental and physical health. I have in stock some healthy shakes and nutritional supplements for sale as a back up for you when you aren’t eating so healthily or have over done the Christmas food and drink already. Let me know if you want some information and assistance.

The great thing about being a small fitness and dance provider is that we can react to requests and suggestions and make changes really quickly, so it’s over to you – are there any types of class/activity/days/times etc. that you would love to try out and attended regularly. Let me know.

Monday 23/12/19, ‘The Christmas Cracker’ Workout 7-8pm, is the last class of 2019. It’s a fun and fabulous social class with a variety of content (lots of different options) and a class suitable for everyone of every fitness level. Christmas outfits, even a bit of tinsel, are encouraged!

Kick Start Gut Cleanse

If you have read my blogs and articles you know how passionate I am about repairing and balancing our gut health and microbiome. The health of our microbiome is key to preventing major disease, the aging of cells, weight management and minimizing inflammation through out our body. Mint Choc Thin ‘biccies’ (discovered on Eleanor’s Pantry)
A Christmas treat that’s nice and but not naughty! Low in carbs and dairy free!

Great as gifts and treats for visitors.
Makes 18 Biscuits
1 cup blanched almond flour
1 teaspoon coconut flour
2 table spoons cacao Powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 table spoons (palm shortening) coconut oil
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon peppermint extract 6oz chocolate chips
I recommend you go for organic and great quality ingredients wherever you can, eat less and eat well!
- In a food processor combine almond flour, coconut flour, cacao, baking soda, and salt
- Pulse in shortening, honey, and peppermint extract until dough forms
- Roll out dough between 2 pieces of grease proof paper to ⅛-inch thick
- Freeze dough for 15 minutes
- Use a 2 inch cookie cutter to cut out dough
- Transfer circles to a grease proof paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 350°F for 4-5 minutes
- Cool completely on baking sheets, then freeze 1 hour
- Melt chocolate and peppermint in a small (or bains marie) over very low heat
- Use a dipping tool to lower cookies into chocolate, then place on grease proof paper lined plate
- Freeze 1 hour
- Serve
