Happy Halloween and whilst many of you who live near to or have kids, are clearing away the debris of the hellish events of trick or treat, parties and half term combined I’m busy preparing lots of spooky moves, music and costumes for tonight’s classes.
For one week only, classes tonight are as follows…
6.30pm, Horror Fit …beginners/returners choreography for novice ghouls and supernatural dance fitness fangs! (aka Boogie Fit)
7.15pm, Tone To The Bone …’cos even the undead need a strong core, you’ve seen what can happen when they neglect their stability – they flop about all over the place! (aka Middle Bit)
7.45pm, Sassy Supernaturals! …super grooves and moves for demonic dancers! (aka Cardio Dance)
No Tricks, only Treats, dress accordingly (at least black) and there’s no extra charge – it’s just for fun!

She did it!
Well done to June Dean who completed her 10th and final 10K run raising money in honour of her dear friend Helen who succumbed to Cancer two years ago. You can still donate here!
Pumpkin Seeds
Don’t waste those precious pumpkin seeds when you have made your Jack o’ Lantern, they are packed with nutrition and are great for a snack.
Pumpkins seeds contain health-supportive phytosterols, including beta-sitosterol, sitostanol and avenasterol. Pumpkin seeds are a very good source of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and copper. They are also a good source of other minerals including zinc and iron.
Jamie Oliver suggests that you wash them, place them on a greased baking tray add a little more oil and sprinkle some salt over them (you can add a little cumin, or pepper or curry powder if you like). Bake them in a pre heated oven (180c) for 10 minutes, allow to cool and place them in an air tight container.
Simples!
Have a wonderful evening,
I hope to see you at one of our Spooktacular classes!
Love ya,
Helen x
