Good morning – Ive just noticed how the date reads 7/7/14 maybe it might be a magical day. Probably best not to leave it to fate but rather create the type of day we want via our thoughts and actions!
It has been a thrilling weekend of sport hasnt it and wow, the scenes of the Tour de France going through Yorkshire were fantastic, such brilliant support. All those athletes along with other top sports men and women in this country possess talent and and give consistent effort in pursuit of their goals. That is how you achieve what you want. Thats not to say that they dont feel like bothering on some/many days but the difference is that they dont give in to the “I cant be bothered” voice in their head or the people around them who (for whatever their own reasons are) try to discourage them rather than assist them. Successful athletes, business and professional people surround themselves with like minded supportive and dynamic people NOT energy vampires, doubters or negative people. When you want to achieve anything, surround yourself with honest, supportive people and knowledgeable professionals who will help keep you on track. If you have a friend who, when they phone, you will avoid speaking to, or when they have met up with you for a chat you feel worse for having spent time which them, or when you do hang out together the whole conversation is about them, their woes, troubles and how unfair life is (and its like that every time), they are not your friends, they are not good for you and you are enabling their behaviour by lending them your ear!! Sometimes and occasionally, our friends/family need our support but when it’s the same story and conversation every time they are not moving on and you are helping them stay stuck, and at your detriment!
So how are you gong to take your day by the horns and move towards your compelling goals then? Remember doing nothing is a vote to stay where you are! Life is like a stream, it never stays still – if you dont do something, you will get washed far away from where you want to be!
I am ‘full on’ with UKFA/CF&DC stuff plus new business ventures and preparation with Fit Pro in under 2 weeks) I have some great help and support, for which Im very thankful, and Im highly motivated. The Clean Eating plan is steaming ahead and Im reaping the rewards. Lots more energy to inspire all my clients and class members who are ready to be inspired!
Sarah’s Powerhoop classes returned last week and wow what a fantastic core workout it is. The weighted hoops really give you a fab workout for your waist line and tummy. The hoops are also designed to stay up more easily that those plastic ones we had a school. As its so effective, you will feel you have really had a great workout in just 45 minutes and Sarah makes it so much fun and selects really motivating music. Sarah has also noted how helpful the workout has been for her long standing back condition, keeping her mobile and strong. I know youll love it.
Classes run for the next 3 Fridays of July, 7-7.45pm (so you can still go out for the night afterwards). £6.50 when paid in advance, £ 7.50 on the door. Only £3 to members!
We are asking you to complete and return your Summer Class booking requests asap so we can put the Summer schedule together based on your requirements. Im off the booze, so heres a little drink Ive been having to refresh myself and its feels like Im participating in the Summer alfresco lifestyle, even when Im at the pub.
Half a fresh squeezed lime, over ice with fresh mint leaves and a splash of fresh apple juice topped up with sparkling water. YUM!!! Enjoy.
Keep moving, being inspired, laughing and dancing like no one is watching!
Love ya.
Helen
