I’ve been a busy bee this weekend preparing your personalised Class Schedules ready for you to collect at class and check over to ensure it’s correct.

All Classes booked will now have to be paid for (Cash, Cheque or via Bank transfer).

On the door fee (i.e. classes not paid for with your booking this week or in advance of your sessions) is £7.50 per class.

The Summer Schedule commences this week and continues until and including the week commencing 10thSeptember. The schedule is based on your requests made for classes over the next 7 weeks; those classes with insufficient interest have been withdrawn from the schedule. I’m sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience caused if your usual class is not running but you are welcome to try an alternative class, or get together with your class pals and organise a small group session with me, either here at HQ in Church Crookham or at the studio at All Hallows (depending upon numbers).

The class schedule is as follows…

Please collect your completed form and return with your payment, remember to keep a copy for your records (a photo on your phone is the easiest way to record your selections).

If you would like to organise payment by bank transfer, you can email or call and we will give you our bank details and the amounts outstanding.

Voucher credits can be used but only in advance and not on the door.

Regular members can stick with the membership system if you wish.

Thanks for being organised and for your understanding regarding our Summer system, it’s proven to make everything run so much more smoothly in previous years.

I have also prepared some fresh new choreography for classes this week and over the Summer to keep us inspired and focused on staying fit n’ fabulous.

Be prepared for some fresh ‘n’ funky routines on Monday night, on Tuesday we have a sweaty and challenging HIIT class followed by some fun and effective core, finishing with my ‘Summer Super 80’s style’ Dance Fit class (I bloody love it, authentic 80’s power dance moves, head bands and leg warmers at the ready)

Wednesday’s Barre Fit looks elegant and graceful on the outside but on the inside my swans are like martial artists – strong, flexible and toned – it’s much easier to do than people think, everyone can do it but wow, it’s effective!

On Thursday, Contemporary Stretch is (as always) delivering creative and interesting ways to achieve improved posture, alignment, functional mobility, flexibility and strength combined with mindfulness and relaxation. This class is essential for rest, recovery, rehabilitation/prehabilitation and to restore physical and mental balance. It’s my physical saviour.

This week I have created the most divalicious of dancespiration routines for my DYBO divas, you are going to love it!

No Fitness Yoga this week, a new late Summer course returns in September – book now to guarantee your place.

OK that’s enough info for now!

See you at class and training,

Love ya,

Helen xx

I have known Helen for 12 years. I joined Helens fitness classes and have never looked back. Helen is my personal trainer, massage therapist, and still love attending her fitness classes. Helen is very helpful when discussing my dietary requirements, as well as guiding me through the ante/post natal period with my second child and injury rehabilitation. I have found Helen to be very professional, knowledgeable and a brilliant motivator. Helen has not only become a very close friend but a mentor to my wellbeing. Helen is my ‘Guru’!
