This is my last missive of 2018 and when I press ‘Send’ I’m turning off the computer and getting on with the festive preparations!

I want to thank you for your friendship, custom and loyalty over the past year. There are so many Health, Fitness and Dance operators out there and I’m honoured that you have chosen our little DYBO family and me.

Thank you to SarahKaren HKaren SDaisy and Rachel for their wonderful work and support with all things DYBO, also to Declan and Steve for what they do behind the scenes and to Jo for always helping to pack away after every class.

Thanks to my co-Independance Day presenters for this past years fabulousness – Antonio Sussini (who will be returning on May 19th), Dan Little whom we hope we can persuade to return in the Autumn, Lincoln Bryden for coming out of retirement to give us some ‘Bruva Linx’ style and to Jo Ali for our wonderful Festive Independance Day (again, hopefully she will revisit us again soon).

Next year we welcome back the head mistress of Strut, Zoe McNulty on March 3rd!

(Tickets for Zoe’s and Antonio’s days are available via the website academy.dybo.co.uk)

I was originally refered to Helen in 1998 by a Chiropractor, following on going back problems from years of competitive tennis.  Helen put together a programme to improve my flexibiity, posture and core strength, and in conjunction with regular sports massage (from Helen) and Chiropractic treatment, totally cleared up my lower back pain.  I have continued regular treatment over the last 13 years to maintain a healthy back and have had minimal problems since.  Last October (2010) I ruptured my achilles tendon playing football, and following surgery Helen and Steve were able to provide me with support and guidance throughout my recuperation.  Ten months on I am back playing tennis and football and training to the maximum at Bodyblitz (one of Helen's classes)!!
