Sarah began her interest in fitness as a competitive gymnast and dancer. Her people skills, enthusiasm and energy resulted in her making the natural transition to teaching fitness and coaching gymnastics.

She has gained professional qualifications in group exercise, (including aqua, step, indoor cycling) passed with Distinction, and gym instruction as well as gymnastics coaching. Sarah is also the only qualified Powerhoop instructor in the area and has recently gained her Sports Massage Therapy  qualification with Distinction. She is a qualified children’s care professional and uses her skills and experience when running her popular children’s activities, parties and fitness training for young people.

Sarah is the creator and Head Coach for Liberty Gymnastics Club which focuses on providing opportunities for children to learn and practice gymnastics in a fun, non-pressurised environment – giving children the option to perform in displays and friendly gymnastics events if they wish. Her skills as a gymnastics coach have resulted in her being invited to teach at local schools across the Surrey area.

Sarah teaches various types of popular fitness classes across the Farnborough area in addition to working here at head office (Fleet) – it is often Sarah you will speak to when you contact us.

As a keen club runner I had become frustrated at a number of recurring running injuries. After seeing a variety of different physios and chiropractors, with varying degrees of success but no complete solution, I was recommended to Helen. Helen took a different approach to other practitioners, looking at the whole body structure, core strength and flexibility and initially recommending a programme based around my basic posture, rather than the actual location of the pain. Following the exercises and programmes recommended by Helen I have managed to stay injury free for over 18 months, and am able to train at increasing levels of intensity. Thank you!
