Our Contemporary Stretch class is an amazing way to relax and de-stress.

See your shoulders loosen as you leave your tension behind and move towards a calmer and revitalised new you. This class includes movements from Pilates, Yoga, Chi Ball, Feldenkrais, Therapeutic Exercise, Shiatsu and Exercise Science.

Ideal for everyone who needs to improve flexibility, mobility and joint stability as well as anyone suffering from back pain or recovering from injury

I must have been having a massage with Helen, on a monthly basis for over 10 years now.  I really value this time.  Helen will advise me if there is a small problem with my back or legs, and give me the right exercises to do , to correct the problem.  Helen has helped me before and after 2 uni-compartmental knee replacement operations.  I am 73 years old and thankfully feel fit.  I swim twice a week, enjoy pilates and a hydrofit class.  Helen  has been a major help in keeping me flexible, fit and healthy, and I recommend her most highly.
