Did you miss our little catch up yesterday? Was there something missing as you drank your ‘tea break’ beverage? Well here it is – a day later than usual and here’s why…

You might have known that Karen (Smith) and I travelled north of the border on Saturday morning to take the DYBO message to the lovely ETM teachers and fitness fans in Scotland. Kelly McMahon and her pal Fiona Dacre were wonderful hosts and entrusted their precious class members to me when I delivered my masterclass “Broadway to Hollywood” at Kelly’s lovely studio ‘Inspire Fit’ in Dunfermline .

The participants were as much fun as the DYBO posse and really gave the routine their ‘all’ wearing fabulous costumes and getting into character. We had a blast and I’m deeply touched by their kind words of appreciation. They also enjoyed a get together and a little glass of bubbles afterwards – just like us!

On Sunday Karen and I delivered our ‘Choreography Equation’ teacher training course to a group of wonderful fitness and PE teachers. Once again we were given fantastic feedback and are thrilled by the support we are receiving with our mission to assist instructors be successful at teaching independent, unique and original dance inspired fitness classes; these teachers are certainly on board!

DYBO Academy Members

We opened the doors to our Academy membership on 1st Feb and already we’ve had teachers join up and enjoy our online routines, back up choreography notes, teaching tips and suggestions for modifications, education articles, media and marketing materials and ideas, plus teacher support. The membership is ideal for ETM, PE, and dance fitness teachers both freelance and franchise.

One Pro Cycling

Steve returned late last night after taking his ‘ONE Pro Cycling ‘ race team away on a training camp to Mallorca. All went very well and now it’s full steam ahead towards the UK race season.

To Amanda Organ and June Dean who completed the 10k Winter Run (in the freezing cold) to raise money for St. Michael’s Hospice in memory of June’s friend Helen. The total so far is over £17,000!!!!

Remember, if you attend either the Boogie Fit class or Cardio Dance later in the evening you can participate in the middle bit F.O.C. Or you can just do the middle bit for just £3.50.

Mondays classes as follows:

Boogie Fit at 6.30pm

The Middle Bit at 7.15pm

I must have been having a massage with Helen, on a monthly basis for over 10 years now.  I really value this time.  Helen will advise me if there is a small problem with my back or legs, and give me the right exercises to do , to correct the problem.  Helen has helped me before and after 2 uni-compartmental knee replacement operations.  I am 73 years old and thankfully feel fit.  I swim twice a week, enjoy pilates and a hydrofit class.  Helen  has been a major help in keeping me flexible, fit and healthy, and I recommend her most highly.
