This 30 minute class focuses on you ‘Middle Bit’ with exercises that effectively target your abdominals and back, plus some for your buttocks, chest, thighs and arms! By developing greater understanding and using specific exercises, you will benefit from a stronger, firmer mid-section and stable core Cost is £3.50 or FREE is you attend Boogie Fit or Cardio Dance on the same day!

I must have been having a massage with Helen, on a monthly basis for over 10 years now.  I really value this time.  Helen will advise me if there is a small problem with my back or legs, and give me the right exercises to do , to correct the problem.  Helen has helped me before and after 2 uni-compartmental knee replacement operations.  I am 73 years old and thankfully feel fit.  I swim twice a week, enjoy pilates and a hydrofit class.  Helen  has been a major help in keeping me flexible, fit and healthy, and I recommend her most highly.
