Good morning and what a beautiful day, really puts a spring in your step doesn’t it!

After a hectic, yet wonderful weekend it’s straight in to Monday morning and on with usual working week (as if I ever have a usual working week!).

We have some housekeeping to begin with.

A gentle reminder that cash flow is always an issue for business, especially those of us who keep our prices as low as we can. Please remember to keep a track on the sessions you have left on your voucher – also, as per the terms of the discount voucher, you have to use all 10 within 12 weeks of purchase. Additionally the membership system runs from the first to the last day of the month and is payable on the first day of the month. I accept BACS payments if that is easier for you or cash/cheque.

I am trying to get my head around this Data regulation change so we will be in touch soon to get your permission to keep in regular contact with you via these messages – keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders and respond asap.

We have one more ‘Big Balls’ class coming up this Friday, 6.30-7.15pm, everyone is welcome for your last chance to experience the many, many exercises you can do on a stability ball.

Friday 25th May, I’m taking the night off!!!!!!!

The new Friday Night Course for June is ‘Freestyle Fitness Yoga’, it’s popular so book now!

Good luck to all those students (and their families) as Exam season begins, including my own Abbi who is taking her Degree finals, eek!

We have new routines for you dance fans this week… Boogie Fitters, something fab created for you for tonight so a great night to start or return to dance inspired fitness.

Monday and Tuesday Dance Fitness crew, little changes and progressions for you.

As always the HIIT group and Contemporary Stretch gang I have fresh, inspiring and functional activity for you too.

Independance Day with Dan the Man

Was once again a fantastic day – Karen and I are thrilled to share these events with so many of you plus the ‘Independance’ fans who travel from far and wide for quality, independent, creative and bespoke classes. Our next one is in October with the snake hipped Lincoln Bryden so put October 7th in your diary and book asap, as it’s almost half full already!!

I’m heading of to the ‘Heal’ summit this coming weekend and am sure I will be struck by many knowledge bombs that I will share with you all soon.

if you are a Fit Pro or interested in your health, fitness and wellness, I can get a discounted ticket for a companion, let me know !

I was originally refered to Helen in 1998 by a Chiropractor, following on going back problems from years of competitive tennis.  Helen put together a programme to improve my flexibiity, posture and core strength, and in conjunction with regular sports massage (from Helen) and Chiropractic treatment, totally cleared up my lower back pain.  I have continued regular treatment over the last 13 years to maintain a healthy back and have had minimal problems since.  Last October (2010) I ruptured my achilles tendon playing football, and following surgery Helen and Steve were able to provide me with support and guidance throughout my recuperation.  Ten months on I am back playing tennis and football and training to the maximum at Bodyblitz (one of Helen's classes)!!
